SIES SERIES IV
Registrations are now open for 2022 SIES Series IV: Innovations in Endoscopic Haemostasis and Tissue Closure, which is being help in just 3 weeks time!
Recognising, preventing and managing luminal perforation has become increasingly important for all endoscopists to understand and master. Perforation from endoscopy is fortunately infrequent but it is often a life altering and devastating experience for endoscopist and patient alike, if it is not recognised and managed intraprocedurally.
Alternatively, perforation may be a deliberate strategy during some forms of complex endoscopic resection. CO2 insufflation and the emergence of reliable endoscopic tissue closure has transformed this space. (example below)
Through short lectures and video case vignettes, this mini symposium will investigate these changes and bring you abreast of the new evidence and practice changing opportunities. It promises to be exciting and informative.
This is brought to you on a complimentary basis, on Thursday 27 October 2022, at 07:30pm – 09:00pm (AEDT, Sydney time) with the generous support of Cook Medical.
